Community Partners

We love our city. So we support our community partners in giving and volunteering.

Community Partners – Get Involved Today!

Do you want ways to practically show the love of Christ to people in our community? At City Church, we partner with three organisations we believe are doing a great job helping some of the most needy in our city - those experiencing homelessness, older people, and vulnerable families.

Coffee4Craig

Homelessness is not the problem, it is a symptom of the problem.

Coffee4Craig is a beacon of hope for those experiencing street homelessness in Manchester. Through a trauma-informed approach, they've provided over 32,000 meals and helped 1,279 new guests this past year alone.

‍‍Safe Families

Seeing children and families flourish

Together, we hope for a society where no family feels alone, and every child has a home where they can flourish. We believe the church is central to this vision.

Safe Families connects isolated families with local volunteers who offer friendship, support, and a sense of community. Sometimes just a chat in a café, a walk to the park, or a listening ear can change everything.

Volunteer Role: Family Friend

  • Be present for parents or carers
  • Offer companionship, practical support, or fun outings
  • No professional qualifications required—just a kind heart and consistency

Could you be that friend someone needs?
