Welcome to City Church! We are a diverse community of students who worship, learn, and serve together – passionate about exploring our faith and growing together. 

Our church is  located in the heart of the city, a short walk from many of Manchester's major universities, including the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, and the Royal Northern College of Music. 

Each Sunday, we gather for good Bible teaching and an engaging worship service. After the 6:30 service, we all head to Common to eat pizza and get to know other students and members of the church.

Throughout the week, you can dive deeper into God's word and grow in your faith by joining a Connect group or coming along to Equip – our 4-week training tracks. We love doing regular social events – including movie &  game nights, walks, picnics, beach trips, and BBQs.

Two highlights of the year are our Weekender – two days of fun and deep teaching – and our Getaway – three days in Wales, bonding in lots of ways!

Another great way to grow in faith and relationships is through joining serving teams, book clubs, climbing, netball or football team.

Whether you are new to faith or a seasoned believer, we believe you will find a home away from home at City Church.
