Project Manager
We are hiring a Project Manager for the Edgar Wood Centre, a Grade I Listed building in Manchester. This part-time role (2 days per week for 6 months) requires overseeing the transformation of this historic property to meet the needs of our growing church. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing heritage building projects, including listed building consent, multi-disciplinary construction coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include liaising with church leadership, managing tenders, securing planning approvals, assisting with grant applications, and developing a phased renovation plan.
